Dear guests,
We would like to provide you with an overview here. Our terms and prices for the school holidays.
The minimum booking period is 2 nights and the maximum booking period is 7 nights.
Included in the price:
- Final cleaning
- DreiWelten Card
- Bed linen
- Towels
- Firewood
Experience in recent years has also shown us that many things are purchased twice or three times, something we would like to avoid for the sake of the environment.
This is why we also provide you with:
- Toilet and kitchen rolls
- Bin bags
- Sponges, cloths, washing-up detergent
- Spices
- Flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, bicarbonate of soda, fresh yeast, etc.
- Frying oil
- Aluminium foil and cling film
- Washing powder
Tourist tax & deposit
Visitor’s tax (from 6 years to 14 years €0.60; from 15 years €1.30 per person) as well as the rental deposit will be charged separately. The rental deposit is €750, for groups without children €1,300.
The rental deposit is paid to us shortly before arrival and transferred back to you after your departure.
Our main season commences on May 15th and ends on September 30th, as well as from December 15th to January 6th.
Our off-season commences on January 7th until May 14th as well as from October 1st until December 14th.
We would like to point out that Haus 13 will not be available in September due to the water shortage and annual repair work.
Main season
for 7 nights: 3.500 €
for 5 nights: 3.000 €
for 2 nights: 1.500 €
Off-season
for 7 nights: 4.500 €
for 5 nights: 3.600 €
for 2 nights: 1.800 €
Note on our current prices: To continue ensuring our high quality standard, we have invested in a new heating system with a solar installation and expanded our service team in 2024. This, along with the general price trend, is reflected in our current pricing.

House 13 is specifically designed for families. We are delighted with every celebration held with us, within the family circle.
Our house is not available for parties!!!! For this reason, the main tenant must be at least 25 years old.
We point out that on and around holidays (New Year, Carnival, Easter, May 1st, Ascension Day, Pentecost, October 3rd, All Saints’ Day/Reformation Day, St. Nicholas Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve), House 13 can only be booked by families with children.
Our prices include 14 adults. An additional charge of €130 for 2 nights applies for the 15th adult.
